how to NAVIGATE
You navigate eCo.Repair by using the options on the Main Window Menu Bar:



Select a menu option and proceed with your task.


Throughout eCo.Repair two buttons are displayed:

Enlarges the frame.

Reduces the frame.

Note:  These options are only available in Internet Explorer.


The Menu Bar options are:
HOME logs users out of eCo.Repair and returns the users to the btwholesale.com. web page.
CREATE FAULT enables a Fault Report to be created for:

  • Private Circuits including:
    •         Interconnect Circuits.
            Megastream Ethernet Circuits,
            Learningstream Ethernet Circuits.
  • ISDN or PSTN Faults including:
            ISDN2, ISDN2 Home Highway, ISDN30 and PSTN
            Faults.
            Local Loop Undbundling Faults.
    •         Wholesale Multi-Line Faults.
            Wholesale Web Call Connect Faults.

    Note:  The type of Fault Reports which can be created are profile specific.
    DIAGNOSTICS a diagnostic tool that enables:

  • checking for ‘live alarms’ on Private Circuits.

    •
  • ISDN/PSTN Line Testing.

    •
  • Circuit Looping.

    FAULT TRACKING searches for a selected fault type:

  • Private Circuits includes:
            Interconnect Circuits.
            Megastream Ethernet Circuits.
            Learningstream Ethernet Circuits.
  • ISDN2 or PSTN Faults include:
            ISDN2, ISDN2 Home Highway, ISDN30 and PSTN
            Faults.
            Local Loop Unbundling Faults.
            Wholesale Multi-Line Faults.

    •         Wholesale Web Call Connect Fault.

    and displays the result according to the criteria set.
    SETTINGS enables you to customise settings which effect the display of eCo.Repair Fault Reports forms and Search Results.


    MESSAGES displays information about service availability, outage and eCo.Repair support details.
    FAQ lists eCo.Repair users most frequently asked questions.
    FEEDBACK enables users to submit ideas for enhancements or general questions to the eCo.Repair support team.
    HELP displays the on-line Help documentation.
